Chris Bosh

Miami Heat forward Chris Bosh has put his Dallas condo on the market, after only a year of ownership. The 4,257-square-foot condo at the Residences at the Ritz-Carlton used to belong to Dallas Symphony Orchestra musical director Jaap Van Zweden and violinist Michael Guttman.

According to Candy’s Dirt, Bosh paid $3 million for it last October. He’s now listing it for $3.9 million with Sharon Quist of Dave Perry-Miller & Associates. From the looks of the listing, it hasn’t changed much in the last year.

Two-time NBA champ Bosh has Dallas ties: He grew up here and starred at Lincoln High School. According to the LA Times, he also has a pair of properties in DeSoto. The LA Times also reports that Bosh maintains his 12,300-square-foot Miami residence but put his Pacific Palisades mansion on the market earlier this year.

The Ritz condo, unit 1102B, boasts three bedrooms, two full and two half-baths, three living areas, two dining areas, three fireplaces, and a media room; there are hardwoods and marble floors throughout. Not to mention all those ritzy amenities: two spaces in the parking garage, valet, fitness center and spa, pool, and pet park.

The floor plan is open, open, open, because you want to see the views of Uptown and downtown from every room, of course. The Ritz is within walking distance to downtown’s best features, including Klyde Warren Park and the Arts District.
