If Cowboys can’t beat Jags without Romo, they don’t deserve a W
The NFL scheduling gods smiled upon Jerry Jones. And he didn’t even notice.
Tony Romo’s broken back kept him out of Sunday’s loss to Arizona, but Jerry was gifted with the terrifically awful Jacksonville Jaguars for this London jaunt.
And what does he do? He packs Romo up on an airplane with plans to play him at Wembley on Sunday.
Conventional wisdom wasn’t even needed here. How about just plain ol’ common sense? Keep Romo off the field — dude, keep him off the trip — and order Brandon Weeden to hand it to DeMarco Murray 25 to 30 times, get the win, take a couple of pics, say hi to the Queen and head back to DFW and a bye week with a 7-3 record.
You're Almost Done!
