Hempstead High School qualified for out-of-district play in seven out of fourteen sports
GIRLS TRACK & FIELD

• State 2A Qualifier in 200m Run in Ladycat Track & Field
• Regional Qualifiers in Ladycat Track & Field in one relay and two individual events
• Placed 7th in Shot Put, 2nd in 200 meter run and 4th in 800m relay at Regional

BOYS TRACK & FIELD

• Regional Qualifiers in Bobcat Track & Field in two relays and five individual events
• Placed 3rd & 5th in Shot Put, 5th in 200m run, 7th in 400m relay & 5th in 800m relay at Regional

BOYS POWERLIFTING

• State Qualifiers in Bobcat Powerlifting ~ 12th place at state
• Regional Qualifiers in Bobcat Powerlifting ~ 3rd, 5th and 7th placed at regional
