Richard D. Rodekohr serves as Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis at Williams. He leads the company’s team specializing in financial analysis, finance and accounting systems and processes, investor relations and corporate planning.
Mr. Rodekohr previously served as Vice President, Finance for Williams Gas Pipeline Company, LLC, a Williams’ subsidiary, from March 2002 to January 2013. Prior to joining Williams, Mr. Rodekohr worked for Transco Energy Company, LLC, which Williams acquired in 1995. Since then, Mr. Rodekohr has held a variety of management positions within the finance department at Williams where he has participated in the management of financial support for several acquisitions and spinoffs of large companies, most notably the spinoff of Williams Communications. Following the spinoff of WPX Energy Inc. in 2011, Mr. Rodekohr played a key role in the reorganization of the financial planning and analysis group at Williams.
Mr. Rodekohr has more than 30 years of experience in finance spanning the areas of accounting, planning and investor relations. He earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wyoming.
