Access Midstream is dedicated to increasing the quarterly cash distributions we pay to our unitholders over time while ensuring the ongoing stability of our business. We intend to accomplish this primarily by focusing on the following strategies:

  • Capitalize on High-growth, Unconventional Plays – Focus on gas gathering opportunities in the Barnett, Eagle Ford, Haynesville, Marcellus, Niobrara and Utica shale regions, as well as several unconventional resource plays in the Mid-Continent region
  • Leverage Our Extensive Asset Base – Capitalize on our geographically advantaged asset footprint, the scale of our systems, expertise in gathering from unconventional resource plays and our significant embedded volume growth potential
  • Minimize Direct Commodity Price Exposure – Seek to minimize direct commodity price exposure and promote cash stability
  • Growth Through Disciplined Development and Accretive Acquisitions – Regularly pursue accretive acquisitions of midstream assets
