Sarah C. Miller serves as Vice President, Corporate Secretary and Assistant General Counsel of Williams where she has extensive experience providing legal support for corporate governance, securities, business development, acquisition, divestiture, merger, litigation, commercial, operational and construction project matters.
Ms. Miller was a key member of the legal team on the spinoff of WPX Energy Inc. from Williams in 2011, the merger of Williams Partners L.P. with Williams Pipeline Partners L.P. in 2010 and the formation of the Overland Pass Pipeline joint venture of Williams and ONEOK. In addition, she has managed the legal support for many debt and equity offerings and significant litigation matters. Ms. Miller joined Williams in 2000 and has held a variety of positions within Williams’ legal department. Previously, she was with the law firm of Crowe & Dunlevy. She earned her bachelor's degree in English with honors from Oklahoma State University and graduated summa cum laude from Oklahoma City University School of Law. She was admitted to the Oklahoma Bar in 1997.
