Corporate Giving

Our Communities: Where we work. Where we live. Where we give.

Our Commitment

Access Midstream believes that helping communities to be strong, healthy and safe is both a responsibility and a privilege. This core value is ingrained in our corporate culture. It’s a fundamental element of how we work and it’s a legacy in the making.

This is why we are so proud to provide financial support to charitable causes that make a positive impact in the communities in which we operate.

Making a Difference

By listening to our stakeholders, we aim to address each community’s unique needs.
For example, in West Virginia we are sponsoring Trout in the Classroom to educate youth about ecosystems and water resources, and in Oklahoma City we are supporting groups helping tornado-damaged neighborhoods recover and rebuild.

These are only a few of the ways that we are making an impact in the communities in which we work. Please let us know how we may help you.

Our Guidelines

We provide charitable investments through a strategic grant program that places special emphasis on these key areas:
  • Arts and Culture: Arts and Culture have a significant impact on local economies, educational programming and overall quality of life. Access supports development in these areas because each of these areas influences our neighbors on a personal level.  And, communities with robust arts and cultural options help us hire the best and brightest.
  • Community Development: Access seeks ways to improve the communities in which we live and work. This could be sponsoring a local festival raising money to rebuild a volunteer fire department or offering volunteers and supplies to Habitat for Humanity. By supporting these efforts on a local level, we show our commitment to the land and its people.
  • Education and Research: We have a vested interest in the education of students and student groups. We support state-accredited, educational institutions and programs to prepare students for a better future.
  • Environmental Health and Safety: We encourage and support programming, training and development of environmental, health and safety initiatives at all levels.
  • Social Services: Access looks to support agencies and organizations that improve long-term outcomes of people and animals, especially in underserved populations.
Organizations must meet eligibility guidelines to qualify for corporate donations and grants. Organizations must fall into at least one of these categories:
  • Accredited educational institutions
  • U.S.-based IRS 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations
  • Emergency responder groups
  • Community event sponsorships benefiting nonprofit organizations
