Regina Gregory

Regina Gregory serves as General Counsel, Vice President-Legal & Corporate Secretary for Access Midstream. Ms. Gregory has specialized in oil, gas and electric transactions involving acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures and a wide range of energy related work. Her experience includes energy litigation, state and federal regulatory filings and proceedings and SEC related matters.
 
Prior to joining Access, Ms. Gregory served as General Counsel and Vice President of Human Resources for both Midstream Energy Services and Frontier Energy Services.  Ms. Gregory also held positions at the legal firms of Jones Day and Fulbright & Jaworski, and as in-house counsel at Tejas Energy, Transok, and Enogex, a wholly-owned subsidiary of OGE Energy Corp. She earned her bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from the University of Colorado and graduated first in her class from the University of Oklahoma College of Law. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in November 1996 and the Oklahoma Bar in April 1999.
