Victoria Fife, WCF Duchess and a member of the Hempstead FFA Chapter, swept the Heifer Competition at the Waller County Fair winning Supreme Grand Champion Heifer & Reserve Champion Heifer. Victoria was selected for the top honors after winning first in both of her classes and being selected as the overall ABC & AOB Champions.
