The listed animals are ready for adoption.   All animals may be viewed from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays at the Flower Mound Animal Adoption Center, 3950 Justin Road. After-hour appointments are available upon request.

There is no charge to adopt a dog or cat; however, state and town ordinances require that the adopter have the animal vaccinated for rabies and spayed or neutered within 15 days of adoption.

These Pets of the Week are hoping to share Thanksgiving with you this year! Our featured pup is Bernine or “Bernie”, a gorgeous female two-year-old lab/shepherd mix. Bernie loves to go on walks, have her belly rubbed, and just be the all-around family dog. She is great with children, too! Blaze is our kitty of the week. He is a one-year-old tabby who loves to play with toys and get back scratches. He can be shy at first but with a loving family, he is sure to be king of the castle in no time.
