Three Kansas City business leaders are being inducted into the Junior Achievement of Middle America's Greater Kansas City Business Hall of Fame.

Those being inducted include Tim Barton, founder and executive chairman of Freightquote; Gary Fish, founder and board chairman of Fishnet Security Inc.; and Leo Morton, chancellor of the University of Missouri-Kansas City. They will be honored Thursday during an induction ceremony at Kansas City Marriott Downtown.

Since 2000, nearly 40 area business leaders have been inducted into the hall of fame. This year's inductees were selected by a committee comprised of past laureates and business leaders.

Junior Achievement of Middle America is a nonprofit that educates kindergarten through 12th-grade students about entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work readiness.
