J.K. Rowling announces new Harry Potter story to come on Halloween

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling says that she will release a new story from the Harry Potter world this Halloween. The tale will illustrate the backstory of Hogwarts professor, and later headmistress, Dolores Umbridge. TODAY’s Sheinelle Jones reports from the Orange Room.
