You might guess Aspen, but the most expensive home market in Colorado is actually Boulder, according to an analysis by Coldwell Banker Real Estate.
Aspen didn't even make the list, BizWest Media reports, because Coldwell Banker considered what it would cost to buy a four-bedroom, two-bath house and neither Aspen nor Vail had enough of those for sale to be included.
The company looked at cities where at least 10 of those types of homes were for sale between January and June.
That left Boulder as the most expensive market, with the average listing price for such a home at $835,516. Castle Rock was second, at $750,840.
