A prominent Twin Cities restaurateur has a deal to bring a "destination restaurant" to Washington Avenue in Minneapolis.

Ryan Burnet has leased 6,120 square feet at Latitude 45, the Mill District luxury apartment building at 301 Washington Ave. S., real estate brokerage Cassidy Turley said in a news release Thursday.

Broker Andrea Christenson facilitated the deal, which has been in the works for months.

Burnet is the restaurateur behind Bar La Grassa, Burch Steakhouse & Pizza Bar and Barrio Tequila Bar.
