"The state's job growth is expected to be among the best in the country over the next five years."
The 10 best states include:
- Utah
- North Dakota
- North Carolina
- Virginia
- Colorado
- Texas
- Nebraska
- Washington
- Minnesota
- Oklahoma
The 10 worst, from No. 41 to No. 50, according to Forbes: New Jersey, Michigan, Vermont, Alabama, Hawaii, Rhode Island, New Mexico, West VIrginia, Maine and Mississippi.
