RadioShack Corp. reportedly is backtracking on its Thanksgiving plans.
The Fort Worth, Texas-based electronics retailer will still open during the holiday, but it reportedly has modified its hours from 8 a.m. to midnight to now being closed between noon and 5 p.m., according to an employee memo Bloomberg acquired.
"We understand the long operating hours posed potential issues with personal scheduling," CEO Joseph Magnacca reportedly wrote in the memo, according to Bloomberg. "Therefore, we have created an adjusted schedule that will eliminate that concern and still capture the opportunity in the marketplace."
There are nearly 30 RadioShack locations in Central Florida, according to the company's website.
