Perhaps you think a CEO is an outstanding leader with great vision. Maybe he or she is helping a business achieve financial success. Maybe the person fosters a positive working environment and gives back to the community. Let us know which banking CEO you admire most.

The Wichita Business Journal recently put out a call for nominations for Wichita's most-admired CEO. You gave us many suggestions.

Now, we're asking you to choose an admired CEO or top local executive from among reader and staff suggestions in each of several local industries.

Through Tuesday, Nov. 18, we're asking for your votes in the banking sector.

Perhaps you think a CEO is an outstanding leader with great vision. Maybe he or she is helping a business achieve financial success. Maybe the person fosters a positive working environment and gives back to the community.

We want to point out that our staff can detect and will be watching for evidence of "bot voting," or skewing results by using a computer program to vote many times. That was a problem in the automotive CEO contest that was running over the past week, which is why we're not announcing results in that category. We'll rerun the automotive CEO contest later.

Visit our Business Pulse website to vote on your most admired banking CEO.
