GENERAL MANAGERS  

Full Service Restaurant looking for passionate, energetic, experienced and valued individuals to become part of our Team!

 

Morning & Day Shift Only!

 

Our Managers are responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. This includes, but not limited to:

  • Managing operations during scheduled shifts with a “hands on" approach.
  • Frequently interacting with Guests 
  • Training and developing employees by mentoring, engaging in real conversations, providing ongoing feedback.
  • Preparing schedules to ensure adequate staff for all shifts.
  • Daily sales reports, administrative paperwork and ensuring safe work practices are followed.
  • Managing accurate inventory in a cost-effective manner.                                   


Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2 years General Manager experience in Full-Service, Casual Dining restaurants
  • Must have Food Service Manager Certification (by end of training)
  • Must be able to work in congested areas.
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
