Tony, the archives are wrong. I was there and Henrietta High School has the trophy to prove it. I also have copies of the critique sheets from 5 judges with our scores and the Conference AA Region II score sheet that shows in this order; Henrietta, Howe, Clint, and Dripping Springs in 4th place. In addition, I have multiple news articles referencing our State win.

Visited 8/21/2014. Very disappointed. We chose this place as our dinner for the last evening on Oahu. It was also convenient to walk to, however, even with reservations we waited 15 minutes. Once we were seated we ordered drinks and asked how our son with celiac could be accommodated. The waiter at first said they had nothing, but we came up with a plan for grilled mahi and steamed veggies. The 1/2 order (2 pieces) stuffed mushroom appetizer was not good at all. It tasted as if a piece of Kraft sliced cheese was melted on top. The rest of the meal was ok. We got our drinks at the end of our meal.

Asked for gluten free menu for my child who has Celiac disease. Ordered "naked buffalo wings" but was brought breaded chicken strips. When I refused the order because they are not GF I was looked at with a very confused look as the lady said "We don't have GF foods here." Um, what? I asked why I was given a gluten free menu and she said that it was old and doesn't apply. Again, um, what? Anyway, I called and spoke with the manager about it later. He apologized and offered to send me a gift card for a future visit. That was March 30,2013. Today is Jan. 24, 2014. No gift card. Not only are these people clueless about gluten free foods, they also don't care about the bottom line. We won't be going back. I DO NOT recommend this location for anyone requiring a gluten free diet.
