Tortuga Bay Hotel in Punta Cana has luxurious plantation-style villas, access to two golf courses and a V.I.P. airport terminal. And now it boasts beachfront suites redecorated by its former part owner, the Dominican Republic native Oscar de la Renta. His use of wicker, mahogany and neutral linens graciously echoes the surroundings. As part of the revamp, the on-site Bamboo Restaurant was also refurbished by de la Renta to match the property’s colonial vibe.
