Whether the Democrats received a shellacking or merely a temporary bruise on Tuesday, one thing is certain: Republicans are in control of Congress and determined to prove they know how to say “yes” as effectively as they say “no.” While that might not mean passing a comprehensive immigration bill, it could be a good thing for business.
