The Railroad Commission issues pipeline permits for common carrier operations within Texas. Permits must be renewed annually. This file includes comprehensive information for all of the pipeline permits, including permit number; operator name, number, and mailing address; pipeline classification and fluid type; permit expiration date; and any remarks about the permit.
