Pitbull, Ne-Yo Come Together for ‘Time of Our Lives’: Listen
By Ezra Marcus
Bad news for Zoe Fennessey, the woman who gets seizures whenever she hears Ne-Yo. Today the silken-voiced crooner features on a new track from Pitbull, “Time Of Our Lives.”
It’s the first song the two have recorded together since their global chart-topping EDM smash “Give Me Everything” back in 2011. Now, Mr. Worldwide is at it again—the four-to-the-floor house beat is classic Pitbull, a comforting blend of hip-hop and house.

He dedicates the song to people in financial trouble—“I knew my rent was gon’ be late about a week ago,” he raps on the first verse, “I work my a** off, I still can’t pay it though.”
Ne-Yo offers a contrast to the struggle on the joyful chorus: “Ooh, I’m having the time of my life.”
Pitbull will release a new album called Globalization on Nov. 24, and Ne-Yo’s album Non-Fiction drops in in early 2015.
