A new Ross Dress for Less store will be constructed in the city's Northeast Corridor at 13909 Nacogdoches Road.

City officials, including District 10 Councilman Mike Gallagher, will be on hand for a groundbreaking ceremony on Friday, Nov. 14. The new store will be part of the Nacogdoches Village shopping center next to H-E-B.

The ceremony will recognize the efforts of the NEC Improvement Partnership plan, which is focused on restoring vitality and improving the Perrin-Beitel/Nacogdoches corridor by activating vacant and underutilized properties and re-establishing businesses.
