He does it every Wednesday at 4:20pm, NFL Network insider Ian Rapoport joins The Booger and Ryan Show to give us the latest from around the league.

Dez Bryant needs a new contract before the season’s end but the Cowboys may have lowballed him with an offer. Rapoport said look for Bryant to get around $13 million a year like AJ Green.

Going into the Bucs offseason, Rapoport said he hasn’t heard about them parting ways with any of the free agents they signed last year. However, they can get out of these contracts pretty easily without getting hurt financially. Rapoport said anything could be on the table for Schiano’s guys.

“Some of the guys from the old regime, I would say everything is on the table.”

Rapoport also said Jason Licht tends to turn over rosters.

“Knowing Jason Licht, knowing how much he likes to churn the roster anyways…I think a lot more is on tap this offseason,” Rapoport told Booger and Marc.
