What a night at Scottrade Center. The Blues’ “Salute To Military Night” on Tuesday at Scottrade was quite the evening.
From an emotional pregame ceremony honoring World War II Veteran Charles Rohde, to a 6-1 win over the Sabres, it was a fantastic few hours of hockey and tributes.
Here’s the pregame introduction of Rohde, as well as a stirring National Anthem.
Rohde visited us in the radio booth, an incredible few minutes with an unbelieveable man.
Jori Lehtera put on a show of his own, netting his first NHL hat trick (a natural hat trick, at that) and as usual, was an absolute beauty in postgame comments with our Kelly Chase.
