Developer Jack Matthews, through Matthews Paradise — a partnership between Matthews and longtime real estate exec Mitch Paradise — plans to start construction on a new Class A office campus in Prosper, adjacent to the newly announced Texas Health Resources building.

Last week, Texas Health Resources announced it would build a new advanced outpatient facility on the Matthews-owned 187-acre site at the Dallas North Tollway and U.S. 380.

The new multiphased office complex will total more than 275,000 square feet of office space for multiple tenants, with construction scheduled to begin in the second quarter of 2015.

Prosper Mayor Ray Smith said the business growth along the Dallas North Tollway is coming to Prosper and the new office complex will help meet that growth.

Matthews Paradise Office Development has been working closely with the town's economic development department. The details of any potential economic incentives weren't immediately released Wednesday.

Dallas-based architect BOKA Powell is designing the new building. Matthews Paradise plans to market the new building to office tenants that want to set up shop along the 380 corridor along the Dallas North Tollway.

The proximity of the new office complex to Texas Health Resources' newly announced building in Prosper is expected to also attract tenants.
