GAO report says hydraulic fracturing not linked to groundwater contamination
Last month, a report was released from the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) pertaining to hydraulic fracturing. The report, entitled "Information on Shale Resources, Development, and Environmental and Public Health Risks," used existing research to assess the risks associated with shale development and hydraulic fracturing.
