Hawaii may see $3.50-a-gallon gas prices for first time in four years

London-based Facts Global Energy, which has a Honolulu office, told PBN Wednesday that crude prices, for the first time since the middle of 2012, fell below the $100 per barrel in September, before decreasing further to $85 per barrel in October.
