Public Hearings

Pursuant to Southlake City Charter, all city ordinances shall be considered at two separate Council meetings. A public hearing shall be conducted at the second reading of the ordinance. A notice setting out the time and place for the public hearing(s) will be posted on the website.

Meeting Date:
On November 4, 2014 immediately following the work session, but no earlier than 7:00 p.m. the City Council will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers, located at 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas on the following ordinance(s):

An Ordinance granting Atmos Energy a franchise to construct, maintain, and operate pipelines and equipment in the City of Southlake.
