EASTERN TRAVIS COUNTY -- A man was taken to the hospital Thursday after an 18-wheeler rolled over on U.S. 290 near State Highway 130, according to Austin-Travis County EMS.
According to ATCEMS, the crash happened around 3:15 p.m. in the westbound service road lanes of U.S. 290 and SH 130.
Two lanes were blocked on the westbound U.S. 290 service road. ATCEMS asked drivers to avoid the area is possible.
A man was taken to University Medical Center Brackenridge with not life-threatening injuries, ATCEMS said. APD said the man injured was the driver of a white passenger car that was involved in the crash.
No other injuries were reported.
