The District & Bankruptcy Courts will be closed on Friday, November 28 and Friday, December 26, 2014.
Effective June 12, 2014, there is a $100.00 fee for the filing of a Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice. Payment can be made by credit or debit card using pay.gov during the filing of the motion.
The United States District Court for the District of Columbia is requesting a proposal for the purchase and installation of three (3) PTZ cameras in one of its 6th floor courtrooms located in the Courthouse Annex, with same cameras being integrated into codec located on 2nd floor. Award of this proposal will be given to the contractor whose technically acceptable proposal offers the lowest price to the Court. Note: This will be an open market procurement.
In addition to jury scams, scams involving fictitious arrest warrants on criminal charges are being sent to individuals, where arrest can be avoided through the payment of a specific amount. For more information, please call 202-354-3060.
