Come and meet Baby Forrest and Sky right after the Community Engagement Committee meeting on Saturday in the Fellowship Hall. November 2 at 1:30pm Samaritans Training Get prepared to help prevent deaths in the desert this summer. Even though the number of crossers/travelers has diminished, the deaths continue. Migrants keep walking...and we need to be a presence and give water, food and/or medical care. Join other experienced Samaritans in our vehicles or on the trails. Alitas Mission is offering hospitality to them as they await their bus ride to various destinations in the U.S. Mild soups or black beans and rice to serve 10 to 12 are needed. Sanctuary 2014: Rosa Loreto As we continue to lift up Rosa in prayers and advocacy, we need to also continue to have a presence at the church with her throughout the day and overnight.
