A guest of the Ritz-Carlton Dallas spa claims she was sexually assaulted in March of 2014.

A grand jury indicted 37-year-old Roderic Ray Henderson yesterday in the assault.

According to an arrest affidavit obtained by NBC 5, a 60-year-old woman claims Henderson inappropriately touched her following her scheduled massage.

Court documents show she told investigators Henderson asked her if she wanted an additional 30 minute massage; she said yes and that’s when she claims the assault happened.

At one point, the arrest affidavit states she was, “afraid the suspect would rape her.”

When it was over, the woman got dressed and left without reporting anything, according to documents.

Two days later, the same documents show she sent an anonymous letter to the spa director and the Ritz-Carlton general manager to inform them of what she said happened.

Henderson was arrested in May and posted a $5,000 bond.

NBC 5 reached out to the Ritz-Carlton Dallas on Wednesday.

Spokeswoman Alex Baker said she could not issue a statement or comment on possible pending litigation or investigations. Baker did say Henderson is no longer employed at the Ritz-Carlton.
