We began roasting coffee in downtown Austin back in 1993. For nearly twenty years now, we've been chasing the perfect cup, a search that has taken us through countless border checkpoints and more than a few articles on organic chemistry, agronomy, and thermodynamics. We love what we do, and we are very good at it.
Third Coast provides exceptional coffee, exemplary customer service and experienced support to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and adventuresome coffee-lovers alike. Always roasted to order, each of our coffees has a story to tell. The way we see it, our job is to help that story develop and then get out of the way.

Very friendly staff that gave us a tour of the place and sold us some amazing coffee beans!
