Biography

State Representative Pat Fallon serves the people of Denton County as the elected legislator for House District 106.

The son of public school teachers, Pat is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where he earned a degree in Government and International Relations and played varsity football under legendary coach Lou Holtz as a member of the 1988 national championship team.  He was also a cadet in Air Force ROTC.

Upon graduation Pat received an Officer’s commission as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Air Force and served as an active duty officer for four years.  During his service, he earned the Air Force Achievement Medal and was cited on numerous occasions by superiors and flag officers for outstanding achievement.

After being honorably discharged from the military, Pat embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding the first of several companies.  He is now the President and CEO of Virtus Apparel, which has a dozen locations across the country and employs nearly one hundred Americans.

In January of 2013, Pat was sworn in as State Representative for the newly-formed House District 106, which includes the eastern third of Denton County.  During his first legislative session in Austin, Pat earned a number of awards and designations including an A+ rating from Texans for Fiscal Responsibility, a perfect voting score from Concerned Women for America, and the title “Courageous Conservative” from both Texas Eagle Forum and the Texas Conservative Coalition.  In addition, the Young Conservatives of Texas named Pat one of the Top 5 Legislators of 2013.

Pat sits on the Human Services and Technology committees and is a member of the Texas Veterans Caucus.  In addition, Pat’s Republican colleagues elected him as one of just 16 total Members to serve on the Texas Republican Caucus Policy Committee.

Pat has called North Texas home for over 20 years and is happily married to his wife Susan.  They have two sons, Thomas and Mac. The Fallons are members of Holy Cross Catholic Church in The Colony.
