Cops were hunting one of two punks who beat and stabbed a 38-year-old man during a clash in front of the chic Soho Grand Hotel early Thursday, police said.

The victim was partying at a club inside the West Broadway hotel shortly after 3 a.m. when he got into an argument with 27-year-old Kevin King and another man.

One of the suspects slugged the victim in the face, officials said. They then followed him outside where they confronted the victim with a knife and a razor.

During the ensuing melee, the victim suffered a puncture wound to the back of the neck and a stab wound to the stomach, cops said. He took himself to Lenox Hill Hospital, where he was expected to survive.

King, who was also wounded in the attack, ran off, reported the fight to cops at a nearby NYPD transit bureau police station, then took himself to Bellevue Hospital, where investigators found him a shot time later, according to police sources.

The St. Nicholas Ave. man was later charged with assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon.

His partner fled in a red Mercedes Benz and was still being sought Thursday afternoon, cops said.
