AUSTIN - After finding that as many as 60 prison employees may be routinely traveling back and forth to West Africa, state corrections officials revealed Tuesday they have imposed a new rule to guard an against an Ebola outbreak in Texas' 109 state prisons: Stay at home when you get back.
