As it was Valentine's Day on Friday, my #teamelite circles have a Valentine's theme, so they are named Hearts, Flowers and Bows.

I have had so many great   #teamelite  engagers that I need three whole circles - why are they   #teamelite  engagers, as opposed to normal engagers? These are the ones who have shared my shared circles - you have close to 1,400 circle sharers here for you to add across these three circles. You should add people in these circles, because they are active engagers and will brighten up your Google Plus experience. I'm not sure you could handle all that Google Plus engagement, so think twice before you do so!

My   #teamelite  circles are extensively shared by the top circle sharers on Google Plus, so naturally, membership of   #teamelite  is very exclusive and there is a lot of demand to get in.

To get in, and to ensure you stay in   #teamelite  you need to do the following:

1. Add me to your circles, if you haven't done so already
2. +1 this circle
3. Publicly share this circle to public, your circles and extended circles.
4. If possible, leave a comment on this circle so I know you have done the three steps above (I say "if posible" as my circle comments more often than not hit the 500 comment limit).

Why Share Circles? 
Sharing circles helps you to gain more followers. This is the quickest way of getting rid of the Google+ Ghost Town effect but you should still keep your primary focus on content creation, curation or sharing of other peoples content that you enjoy Creating and curating great content is how you keep followers! <<<--- see why it's important! 
Why should you reshare?  
This greatly increases your chance of being added to the next circle! 
Again, if you do decide to share make sure you share to "PUBLIC!" 
This just makes it possible for anyone who goes to your profile able to see and add the circle if they would like to!  

An IMPORTANT thing to note at this point is that I'm constantly looking for people who bring or share great content on Google+ but don't yet have many followers. Great content is more important than sharing circles. If your profile is just one long steam of constant circles, you'll find that you'll get little to no engagement on your posts. Engagement is what you really should be looking for on Google+ not necessarily a massive following. You can have a large numbers of people following you but hardly any engagement if you don't put the time into looking for and posting your great discoveries from around the internet. I can't stress this to you enough!!! Please keep your focus on that and not just sharing circles to build your number of followers.
