The mother of Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson said Wednesday that he is "trying hard to be a good parent" even as he faces allegations that he committed child abuse when he struck the backside of his 4-year-old son with a wooden switch to discipline him.

True true raising kids now a days you can't talk to them ugly cause that's child abuse, they need to take other cases more serious and leave the simple stuff alone, cps dose this all the time the ones who life is in danger and soon die in the hand of the wrong people. But it's ok for someone to try and teach discipline as he knew it growing up.... Ugly world...
