AC/DC’s Phil Rudd Out on Bail After Allegedly Plotting the Murders of Two People

AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd is out on bail after being arrested Thursday morning (Nov. 6) in New Zealand for allegedly trying to procure or arrange the murder of two people.
According to the New Zealand Herald, the 60-year-old was taken to court after his home was raided by the police.
Rudd was ordered by the judge to have no contact with the man he allegedly tried to hire to carry out the hits.

Rudd was also charged with possession of methamphetamine and cannabis, along with threatening to kill.
The names of the intended victims and the hitman have been suppressed by the court for the time being.
Rudd entered no plea to the charges and is due back in court on Nov. 27.
