On November 18, a new release titled The Art of McCartney will collect 40 cover songs of tracks originally recorded by Beatles‘ great Paul McCartney (obvs), from the likes of Bob Dylan, Billy Joel, The Airborne Toxic Event, Willie Nelson, Owl City, and The Cure‘s Robert Smith.

Today, The Pretenders‘ frontwoman Chrissie Hynde has shared her contribution to the collection, a heartfelt rendition of the classic “Let It Be.” The song comes complete with a lyric video, as if we didn’t all know the words by heart. Still, the fun graphics and excellent font choice makes the clip a compelling watch, not to mention a lovely listen.
