SAN ANTONIO — Framing it as necessary to support the region's growth, Mayor Ivy Taylor on Tuesday joined business leaders, former Mayor Henry Cisneros and Councilman Joe Krier to endorse the proposed 142-mile water pipeline from Burleson County to San Antonio.
