As people took to the polls yesterday to vote, federal officials and bonds weren't the only things getting voted on. Three states and the national capitol voted on measures to legalize recreational use of marijuana.
While one state's ballot initiative failed, two others joined in the couple of states which have previously voted to legalize use of the drug beyond medical treatment.
