An east Orange County couple was shot to death inside their Heming Way home, authorities confirmed to FOX 35. Nancy and Michael Petrozzino were found dead Tuesday morning. Their adult son is a "person of interest" and is considered "armed and dangerous."

A 40-year-old man is facing multiple charges after New York state police say he tried to eat his DWI test results. Troopers say Kenneth Desormes, of Greenwich, Connecticut, was stopped for speeding on Interstate 95 at 5:30 a.m. Sunday. After speaking with him, the troopers determined he was intoxicated and arrested him.

Authorities say a man delivering sheet rock at a construction site was killed when a tape measure fell 50 stories and hit him on the head.The Jersey Journal reports that the accident occurred Monday morning in Jersey City. Carly Baldwin, a spokeswoman for the city's public safety department, says the 1-pound tape measure became dislodged from a worker's belt on the 50th floor and struck construction equipment about 10 to 15 feet from the ground.
