    A man was hit and killed by a Union Pacific train Saturday afternoon on the eastside of Fort Worth. It happened near the intersection of Rosedale Street and Tierney Road. Union Pacific says the man was walking along the tracks when a westbound train sounded its horn, but couldn't stop in time. The train was going from Shreveport, Louisiana to Los Angeles, California. The man's identity has not been released.
