Lahore, Pakistan - Relatives mourn a victim after a suicide bomber killed at least 55 people and wounded 120 more at the Wagah border on November 3. The checkpoint is the only official crossing along the Pakistan-India border, and the site of a nightly flag-lowering ceremony that attracts thousands of spectators. Pakistan initially coordinated with India to suspend the elaborately choreographed military flag-lowering in honor of the dead, but decided to carry on with it as a sign of defiance in the face of terrorism.
