Brad Freitas (@NewsChopperBrad) November 05, 2014Officials say the accident occurred around 5:30 p.m., causing all lanes to be blocked before Clopper Road for about an hour. Around 6:20 p.m., two lanes were opened leaving the two right lanes to remain blocked.
