Sierra Leone Struggles To Cope With Ebola Outbreak

Sierra Leone has now become the surpassed Liberia as the country with the worst rate of transmission of Ebola. Hospitals and clinics there simply cannot cope with it.
Even where there are community care centers, there’s not enough health infrastructure to handle the outbreak, which so far has killed more than 1,500 people. And where there aren’t any clinics, the situation is even bleaker.
The BBC’s Andrew Harding is in Sierra Leone and brought us this report.
