(1) Service charge 1 is added if booked through the WOW air call center.
(2) Service charge 2 is added if bags and seats are booked via the WOW air call center after the flight booking has been made.
(3) Difference in fares also payable if new flight costs more.
(4) A service charge has to be paid for a child traveling unaccompanied for each individual flight. If two or more children (siblings) are traveling together without a parent or guardian only one charge will be applied per leg of the journey. The sibling discount is only bookable through the WOW air call center.
(5) Total bag size (length+height+width) must not exceed 158 cm (62″). 20 kg (44 lbs) maximum.
(6) Fee applicable if bag weighs over 20 kg (44 lbs). Maximum bag weight is 32 kg (70 lbs).
(7) Not available to and from the UK. Further information on the transportation of pets can be found on the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page.
(8) Extra kg for a cabin bag, extra 7 kg (15 lbs). Maximum bag weight is 12 kg (26 lbs).
(9) Passengers who purchased fares before October 1, 2014 are allowed one 10 kg (20 lbs) bag as hand luggage, up to a maximum of 56x45x25 cm, including handles and wheels.
